Managers have the ability to re-schedule their own games, subject to the following:

PRACTICES 

Practices may be scheduled not more than a week in advance.

Games will have priority over any scheduled practice, but the Manager of the practicing team must be notified if pre-empted.

Mill Woods Lighted may not be used as a practice field.

GAMES

Games may only be rescheduled with the agreement of the opposing Manager.

Games may be rescheduled no later than 24 hours in advance of game time.

Major League Games may be rescheduled to any available slot on Mill Woods Classic or Mill Woods Lighted.

Minor League (AAA) Games may be rescheduled to Mill Woods Lighted, only with the approval of Kevin DeVaux

TIME SLOTS

Millwoods Classic time slots are 5:30pm M-F, and every 2 hours starting at 9:00am on Saturday

Millwoods Lighted time slots are 5:00 and 7:30pm M-F, and every 2 hours starting at 9:00am on Saturday: Saturday after 5:00 pm is reserved for the AAA Division.

Minor League (AAA) Games may be rescheduled to any available slot at Highcrest, Mill Woods 3 or Mill Woods 4.

Highcrest time slots are 5:30pm M-F, and every 2 hours starting at 9:00am on Saturday

Mill Woods 3&4 time slots are 5:30pm M-F, and every 2 hours starting at 9:00am on Saturday
